This role will be based at Peter Lehmann Wines in Tanunda SA, and will support the winemaking function and encompasses winemaking and viticultural trials, identification of processes improvement opportunities and some new product design. This diverse role will require hands on production in lab scale and commercial trials.
The ideal candidate will have:
Tertiary qualifications in Winemaking, Food Science or engineering.
Demonstrated presentation and communication skills.
A practical understanding of winemaking and ability to conduct their own experiments at lab and commercial scale.
Excellent organisation and planning skills including use of computer systems.
Project management experience would be an advantage
