Box Grove Vineyard is a dynamic family owned vineyard in central Victoria producing award winning wines from an exiting range of Italian, southern French and Portuguese grape varieties.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated person to fill a full-time role managing our vineyard team. Reporting to the owner, the role will be to set a yearly plan for the vineyard, mentor and inspire the younger members of our team and drive us toward accreditation as a sustainably certified grape grower.

We are happy to provide access to vineyard and soil consultants to give advice to further improve the quality of fruit we grow. And to offer the flexibility to let our new Manager take on further studies or tend to family responsibilities.

This person must be a good communicator, happy to deal with grape customers as they visit prior to harvest. And bring enthusiasm and ideas to the team.

An attractive renumeration packing will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
