About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate individual who cares about attention to detail, and creating premium experiences for our guests.

The Cellar-door Manager is an important role within our business.  We require someone to lead and take on the responsibilities of ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our cellar-door, with the aim of increasing wine sales and business revenue in line with the business strategy.

You will be Involved in the daily running of our cellar-door as well as team mentoring, team motivation, and sales and product training.   An important part of this role is the general management of our cellar-door, along with forecasting, sales analysis, planning, rostering, and purchasing.

You will assist with events, our wine club membership and work closely with our marketing team and management team to ensure we are offering the best experience and overall product is delivered.

About you:

This hands-on-role necessitates someone who is organised, energised, and motivated by high standards.  You will challenged by meeting sales targets.  You will thrive in a fast-paced cellar door environment with a level head.

The successful applicant will have strong problem-solving and analytical skills along with experience in people management.

You will need to hold a valid RSA and can have the ability to work weekends as this is our peak time.  You will need to be physically capable of lifting cases of wine and general stock, cleaning and assisting with all general duties in cellar-door as required.
