This role will be at the centre of the largest growth sector in the wine industry, with AVL brand McGuigan, the largest selling in Australia.

The NoLo category has had an annual growth rate of 25% [2015-2020] and is estimated to make up 31% of the global alcohol market by 2024, inspiring innovations that are shifting the wine industry into a new sphere and driving quality improvements. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee production and operation of the spinning cone column program
• Hands-on management of all low/no alcohol winemaking, bottling and compliance
• Contribute to product development
• Maintain and grow leading industry practices and technology
• Planning and administration of spirit production records and utilisation
• Assist with annual harvest and traditional styles as part of a broader winemaking team

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 5 years of winemaking experience
• Tertiary qualification in Oenology, Food Science or Chemistry (or equivalent)
• Product development experience
• Prior experience in Lo/No Alcohol industry is highly desirable
• High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
