Norfolk Rise is a family-owned business operating a 150-hectare vineyard and 1200 tonne winery situated by the coast in the beautiful Mt Benson region. We are looking for a Winemaker to join our small, friendly team and have a real impact in creating high quality, single site, cool climate wines for our brand while supporting a range of contract clients.

We are looking for someone who has several years winemaking and vintage experience with tertiary winemaking qualifications preferred. A passion for cool climate wines would be highly desirable, as we are embarking on a journey to refine our wine styles to best reflect the region and produce the best wines possible from our award-winning vineyard.

This is a full time management position, responsible for the ongoing winemaking process, supervising all operations and staff in the winery day to day and working as part of the management team to contribute to overall wine quality and business management.

Under new ownership and management, we are seeking a winemaker who can work collaboratively with a select group of winemaking consultants to review our wines and define a new path forward, contributing creativity and experience to our management team.
