My Vintner in the Swan Valley is seeking a full-time bottling operator. This role would suit someone who has good mechanical aptitude with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. There is an excellent opportunity for future advancement within the bottling department for the right candidate.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Setting up and operating the bottling line
- Safe transferring of wine, following all relevant procedures of transferring and filtering of wine
- Sterilizing bottling equipment
- Carry out daily/hourly quality assurance checks during bottling
- Maintaining bottling equipment to the highest level of operation and sterility as possible
- General housekeeping of bottling lines and bottle storage areas
- Operate Forklift

This role will be a full time salary position, reporting to the Bottling Supervisor, with predominately Monday to Thursday shifts.
