We are currently looking for a Full Time Viticulturist to be a part of our amazing winemaking team.

The key duties of this position will include the following:

• Develops, evaluates & advises on vineyard programs including:

-Pest and disease management

-Yield estimation

-Irrigation management

-Nutritional analysis

• Identifies factors that may enhance fully sustainable production
• Conducts research and development activities
• Monitors ground water salinity
• Trains and directs vineyard staff
• Manages and supervises daily activities of vineyard staff
• Ensures technical knowledge is current and maintained
• Ensures compliance with Environmental legislation
• Assists with fruit sampling and vineyard assessment during vintage
• Assists with the development of budgets

Ideally the successful candidate will possess the following skills:

• A Bachelor of Applied Science, Agricultural Science or equivalent
• Intermediate computer skills
• At least 3 years viticultural experience
