An opportunity has become available for a viticulture sales agronomist to join our team. You will be responsible for providing accurate and relevant advice to the Barossa Valleys viticulture sector encompassing soil, nutrition, and disease management and meeting targeted sales of ag chemicals, fertiliser and other primary products.

Responsibilities will include: 
• Providing sales support and agronomic technical advice to Farmer Johns key viticultural clients.
• Developing and establishing relationships with new clients.
• Assist with day-to-day retail operations of the store.
• Involvement in developing sales budgets and forecasting.

To succeed in this role, you must have a commitment to achieving team goals and dedication to customer service. You will be        self-motivated, reliable, capable of working unsupervised with highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.         Tertiary qualifications in agriculture are essential. Prior experience in wine grape production may be an advantage however won’t be seen as a disadvantage for the right candidate.
