Vintage Winemaker - Nighshift

Yalumba, based in the beautiful Barossa Valley, South Australia is recruiting for a Vintage Winemaker (nightshift) to commence in January 2021 through to April 2021.

We are seeking a person currently based in Australia with technical and/or hands-on experience in both red and white winemaking.

In this role, you will make additions as required by the set specifications and senior winemakers requirements, manage and maintain the fermenting products, ensuring that the correct additions are up to date, conduct trial and experimental work as required by senior winemakers and winery management.
