Leeuwin Estate is an iconic wine producer located in the Margaret River region, focusing on the creation of expressive and distinctive wines, sourced from our remarkable estate. We are seeking an energetic, organised, and driven individual to join our winery team in the capacity of Vintage Laboratory Manager.

Reporting directly to the Winemaker, the successful candidate will be considered on the following criteria,

• Previous laboratory experience essential
• Thorough and organised work ethic
• Lateral and forward thinking
• Proficient computer skills
• Impeccable record keeping skills
• Eye for detail in all facets within the laboratory, problem solving able to multi-task
• Ability to work under high intensity environment
• Display sound leadership and communication skills
• Team orientated individual
• Able to work within a flexible and adaptable work throughout vintage and bottling seasons.
• Ability to work in the cellar at times
• Passion for wine
• Great sense of humour

This role has further scope in becoming a full-time member of our team as Laboratory Manager.

Remuneration is above award and commensurate to experience.
