Schild Estate Wines is an award-winning, family owned winery in the Barossa Valley.

As part of our preparations for the 2021 harvest, we are looking to recruit up to three vintage cellar hands to join our small team at our winery in Lyndoch.

Vintage cellars hands can expect to be involved in all aspects of the wine making process including grape maturity testing, crushing, ferment management, pressing, barrel work and basic laboratory work. We would expect the team to commence with us early to mid-February and dependent upon workload continue until the mid-end of April.

We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic hard workers with excellent attention to detail, highly developed teamwork and interpersonal skills as well as the desire to help make great wine.  Previous winery experience will be well regarded as will a forklift license.

Given current COVID-19 travel restrictions we are only accepting applications from candidates within Australia. A valid visa or residency is required for these roles
