We are seeking experienced casual cellar hands at our McLaren Vale winery to complete the team for Vintage 2022.

Position Requirements

You may be involved in a broad range of cellar activities, from fruit intake right through to pressing of reds and putting new vintage wines to oak. This is a great chance to make great wines and have a lot of fun in a historic winery. Requirements for the role are:

• A minimum vintage experience of two seasons
• The ability to share a laugh, be competent, reliable, and self-motivated and display outstanding attention to detail
• A concern for wine quality and safe working practices
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Willingness to work extended shifts during the vintage period of February to April which may include night shifts
• A forklift licence is desirable
• Own transport essential
• International applicants must have valid working visa for Australia

Remuneration is in accordance with experience and the Wine Industry Award 2021. Applications close 31/12/21.
