Advanced Viticulture & Management (AV&M) is one of Australia’s leading vineyard management companies with operations in the Adelaide Hills, Barossa Valley, Limestone Coast, Riverina and Sunraysia.

We currently manage approximately 2000 hectares of established vineyards of which over 300 are located in Sunraysia and supply fruit to one of Australia’s largest wine companies.  Conveniently located near several large regional towns including Mildura, Wentworth and Merbein as well as the excellent recreational opportunities provided by the Murray and Darling rivers.

We are seeking a Vineyard Supervisor who is ready for a challenge to join our Sunraysia team. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a can-do attitude, with strong attention to detail, have a current driver’s licence, and be prepared to work out of normal hours when seasonal demand requires.

Suitable candidates will have significant experience in the following;

• supervising staff
• supervising pruning contractors
• vineyard machinery operations
• sprayer calibrations
• machine harvest operations and co-ordination
• machinery repairs and maintenance
