Hill River Clare Estate is a 200 ha premium quality wine grape vineyard/cellar door located in Polish Hill River, Clare Valley. Family owned with a small team of dedicated staff, Hill River Clare Estate strives to grow the best quality fruit possible for our customers.

We currently have the pleasure of offering the position of Vineyard Manager to a highly experienced, energetic, hard working person with a keen eye for perfection. Working with the Directors and the Business Manager to take the vineyard to the next level of excellence.

Working with Hill River Clare Estate provides the opportunity to:

• Autonomously manage all aspects of this premium 200 ha vineyard,
• Work with a committed management team with a growth mindset,
• Work with a motivated family owned business producing a high quality product.

You will bring to this role:

• Experience in a similar vineyard management role,
• Proven leadership, communication and management skills,
• Desire to improve enterprise productivity and profitability, and
• Enthusiasm and initiative required to manage a large vineyard and team.

A competitive salary package will be negotiated based on the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
