Kirribilly Viticulture Pty Ltd is seeking to employ an experienced and self motivated Vineyard Manager to become a member of our team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for day-to-day vineyard operations, contractor negotiations, staff management/supervision and administration activities (spray diaries, harvest documentation, employee records etc). This position is a hands-on vineyard role where a sound knowledge of all vineyard operations is essential (a qualification in viticulture or previous management experience would be advantageous).

This position is demanding and requires a conscientious person with strong leadership qualities, who is open to direction and has a team work ethic. The Vineyard Manager will report directly to Management.

A remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant. A fully maintained vehicle will be provided.
