Elderton Wines, a small family owned business in the heart of the Barossa is seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team. As a Vineyard Hand at Elderton, you will have the unique opportunity to work in some of Australia's most renowned vineyards, with a team committed to excellence with respect for tradition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with our experienced Vineyard Manager to maintain and nurture our extensive 87 hectares of vineyards across 4 sites.
• Execute tractor work, perform routine vineyard operations, manage general maintenance tasks, and oversee irrigation operations with precision.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to foster seamless teamwork and ensure the vineyard's continued success.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience equivalent to Grade 2 or higher in vineyard operations.
• Proficiency in tractor operation, general vineyard tasks, maintenance, and irrigation.
• A keen understanding of sustainable farming practices is highly valued.
