Helm Wines is a boutique family-owned winery located in Murrumbateman. We pride ourselves on the quality of our wines and the premium reputation of our fruit. Located 40 minutes from Canberra, this role is conveniently in a beautiful rural location with a vibrant country community, whilst also close to major centres.

We are seeking an experienced vineyard manager to carry out viticulture work across our 8 hectares of estate and leased vineyards and to maintain the aesthetics of the estate grounds. You will work closely with the owner, winemaking team and contractors. This is an ideal position for a person who enjoys working in autonomously in a self-motivating ‘hands on’ role. Manual labour is an integral part of this position.

Flexible part time work arrangements can be discussed. As we are a small family run business we expect and help our team members to be adaptable and flexible meaning you may be asked to work in other areas of the operation including: winery, warehouse and other aspects of property management.

An attractive remuneration package, commensurate with experience, is available to the successful candidate.
Starting date; First week in September 2021 or maybe negotiated with a suitable candidate.
