STORE MANAGER plus CASUAL POSITIONS (Albury, NSW)

The Lane Cellars is an independent bottle shop with a new store opening in Albury. The store is focused on customer service, with a range of indy craft beers, regional wines and ciders.

We are looking for a store manager and casual staff to join us in our new Albury store. If you enjoy talking to customers about craft beers and premium wines, then this role may be for you.

Ideally the candidates will have a passion and knowledge of the craft beer sector and/or wine industry (and be keen to develop this knowledge).

The successful candidates will also be experienced with DTC channels and POS systems and have strong business acumen and attention to detail.

To be successful in this role, you will have: 

A broad knowledge of and passion for premium regional wines and craft beer.

Sales and customer service focus.

Basic computer knowledge, for example email and POS.

Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) permit.

We are ideally seeking staff who have at least 2 years’ experience in a highly polished, fast paced setting with retail experience (and the ability to work alone).

Your responsibilities would include the day to day management of the store, including sales, stock taking, merchandising, ordering, filling online orders, administration and reporting, and most importantly value adding our customers' experience.

Casual Staff

We are also seeking Casual Staff to help with a number of shifts per week. You'll be the sort of person that fits the above criteria, but keen to have some flexible hours, to fill in when required.
