Sourcing from the home vineyard in Denmark plus Frankland River, Mount Barker, Pemberton and Porongorup, Castelli Estate is one of the finest houses in Western Australia and only 40 minutes from Albany. With the winery – including its underground cellar - established in 2007, the business now has its own distribution, warehousing and logistics in Perth and exports to Singapore, Japan, South Korea, China, the UK and the USA.

This is a demanding leadership position requiring a proven track record of excellence, a high level of professionalism, clear strategic thinking, team focus and attention to detail. The successful candidate will have a passion for fine wine plus extensive knowledge of viticulture and sharp business acumen. The position also covers efficient, safe, site management and marketing support activity – both domestic and international.
