Hutt St Cellars is an independent family-owned bottle shop in the CBD.

Our shop showcases a range of wines and well-crafted drinks made locally and internationally, a selection designed carefully to make good drinks accessible to all.

We aim to support small and large local producers, some of whose particular focus is sustainable viticulture. Always tasting and talking with producers before we put them on our shelves, we value our strong relationship with those who make this industry.

We hope locals can bring something different to the table, whether a cleverly crafted beer or a wine holding true expression of its fruit and region.

We’re on a fresh hunt for someone new to join our team. Someone who holds a particular passion, knowledge and experience with wine.

Casual hours are currently available, with room for more hours for the right candidate. A valid RSA and experience in the wine industry is essential,
as is your availability to work evenings and weekends.

Essential Requirements:

• Responsible Service of Alcohol
• Drivers License
• Wine Knowledge – (Wine Certificate of Appreciation and WSET highly desired)

Desired Requirements (not essential)

• University or TAFE wine certificates
• Any tertiary studies relevant to the role
• Social media/Marketing skills
