Claymore Wines, located in the beautiful Clare Valley, is seeking for a Production & Sales Support Officer to join our dynamic boutique wine enterprise. We are seeking a person who has previous experience in administration and production management with a great eye for detail and highly developed organisational skills.

Main duties include:

• Assisting with coordination of bottling logistics to ensure packaging specifications meet business and market expectation.
• Vintrace (Inventory Management System) data entry and management including stock transfers, order processing and creating bottled inventory.
• Weekly Chain Sales Order processing.
• Regular bottled stock takes and reconciliation in Vintrace.
• Responsible for the day to day administration tasks of the business, supporting the General Manager in various duties including, but not limited to marketing, trade, and domestic & export order processing.

Requirements:

• Strong administration and computer literacy skills in Windows based applications such as Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to problem solve and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Vintrace or other inventory-related system highly desirable.
• Wine industry experience is highly advantageous.
• Possess a high level of organisational skills.
• Must have an Australian Drivers licence.
• Must have an Australian citizenship/permanent residency or full rights to work and live in Australia without restriction.

The role is a full-time position and can be based either in Prospect, Adelaide or at our Cellar Door in Leasingham, Clare Valley. Remuneration package offered based on applicant’s experience.
