A family-owned winery located at Trentham Cliffs, New South Wales (15 minutes from Mildura, Vic), Trentham Estate is an award-winning boutique wine producer.

Operating since 1988, the state-of-the-art winemaking facility handles 5,000 tonnes of premium fruit each vintage. The Trentham Estate brand carries a diverse product portfolio, and holds a strong position in the domestic and export markets.

Trentham is seeking to employ, on a full-time basis, a highly motivated and experienced person for the role of Production, Logistics & Sales Coordinator. Reporting to the Winery Operations Manager and Sales & Marketing Manager, the successful applicant will plan, prepare and execute all bottling runs and finished good sales orders for transport and international shipment. The role will also provide administration support to the winemaking and sales teams.

The successful applicant will possess:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a successful background in delivering solutions on a regular basis
  • Outstanding organisational and coordination skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Proficient computer skills (experience with EzyWine a bonus) and be data and technology driven
  • Excellent record-keeping abilities
  • The ability to track multiple processes
  • A customer-oriented approach
  • Experience in customer service with a pleasant and professional phone manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of relevant Wine Australia export regulations and requirements
