An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our amazing production team as a Production Administration Support Officer.

We currently have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our team as a Production/ Maintenance Administration Support Officer on a full-time permanent basis.

Reporting to the Operations Systems Coordinator, an opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our Production team as a permanent full time Production and Maintenance Administration Support Officer.  This position involves:

  • Generation of purchase orders for production,
  • Updating of work notes for production,
  • Updating of work notes for maintenance,
  • Assist with stock procurement processes,
  • Maintaining the workshop store and parts area,
  • Filing of documentation and maintaining records for compliance.

The employment terms and conditions for this position are based on the Clerks (Private Sector) Award 2020. Standard hours will be 38 hours per week Monday to Friday.  The position does require a commitment to participate in rostered 10-12 hour shifts, 10-13 days per fortnight over the Vintage period (mid January to mid April).

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Moderate Level of computer literacy and excel and word capabilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data entry accuracy with good organisational skills
  • A flexible approach to work
  • Effective communication skills and sound ability to work with a diverse workforce
  • Manual Drivers Licence is essential
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy including database skills and use of MS Office suite/Microsoft 365 desirable
  • Wine Industry and/or Manufacturing experience highly regarded but not essential
  • Experience with database software and development, and/or Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) high regarded.
