.About the Opportunity

We are looking for a customer outcome centric administrator to join the team and support the Chief Winemaker at Oakridge. Key responsibilities include:

  • Inventory management (stocktake, warehouse and location allocations)
  • Order fulfilment and processing (Export, Wholesale, Retail)
  • Stock transfers (cellar door, museum, wine club)
  • Master data and product setup
  • Dry goods ordering and scheduling
  • Purchase Orders
  • Updating spreadsheets and other data entry tasks
  • Provide Reception backup
  • Support Winemaking and Hospitality team with general administrative activities
  • Drive ongoing continuous improvement actions to support training delivery and reporting
  • Assist with wholesale, international and DTC orders including paperwork and packing

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 3 years Administration experience
  • Some Accounting or bookkeeping experience
  • High degree of computer literacy
  • Excellent communication
  • Decision making within scope
  • Ability to respect sensitive information and privacy requirements
