Work with one of Victoria’s leading wine producers on the spectacular Mornington Peninsula.

Your role will be to support the growth and vision of the business with innovative, creative and responsive marketing and communications activities across digital and conventional mediums.

We are looking for someone who is personable, professional, passionate and has the drive to push our wine business into the new age of digital engagement and consumer marketing.

You will work closely with our management, Wine Centre and administration teams to generate copy, visual assets, identify opportunities and coordinate campaigns to grow visitation, direct sales, brand positioning and our wholesale trade network.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to attend exciting food and wine events, engage with our dynamic industry and work on-location at our vineyard office.

The role is currently displayed as a part-time role, with an opportunity for the position to become a full-time role depending on the needs and skills of the successful candidate.

Remuneration and other benefits will be negotiated with the candidate as part of the employment contract.

Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Digital and social media marketing and content creation
  • Visual brand and asset development
  • Media and stakeholder engagement
  • Copywriting for all formats including website, advertising and print media
  • Product releases and direct-to-consumer engagement
  • Event support, promotion and coordination
  • Trade engagement and wholesale support
  • Tracking results and regular reporting

Selection Criteria

  1. Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, journalism or associated discipline
  2. Demonstrated skills in writing, grammar and creative copywriting
  3. Applied knowledge of branding principles and the importance of working within the parameters of visual brand guidelines
  4. Proven skills and experience with social media and other digital technologies for consumer engagement
  5. Willingness to advance Crittenden’s digital footprint and effectiveness, including our e-commerce processes, brand impact and audience growth
  6. An established understanding of graphic design, sub-editing, layout or design composition, and the ability to manage the production of campaign, brand and image assets
  7. Experience and knowledge of creating innovative digital marketing content and contributing to digital campaigns
  8. Developed skills in media engagement, stakeholder engagement and utilising multiple channels to engage consumers and trade customers.
  9. Proficient computer and administration skills in MS Office products

Preferred:

  1. Experience with wine, food and tourism marketing
