HOLD International Pty Ltd, the exclusive distributor of Hungarian A.GERE wines in Australia, is looking for an experienced wine consultant to join our dynamic team. We are committed to promoting A.GERE’s unique and renowned portfolio of wines in the Australian market.

Job Overview:
As a Wine Consultant, you will assist in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to increase awareness of A.GERE wines in Australia. The position requires a strategic approach to building and maintaining relationships with key accounts in the Australian wine market, including retail and local channels.

main responsibility

Develop a comprehensive strategy to promote A.GERE wines in the Australian market. Develop agents in various states, regions, cities and regions, and formulate contract texts related to sales, agents, etc.
Identify and target key wine industry customers including high-end liquor stores, restaurants and bars.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Conduct market analysis to understand market trends, competition and customer preferences.
Work with the sales team to implement effective sales strategies.
Organize and conduct wine tastings and educational sessions for clients.
Provide expert advice on Hungarian wines, specifically A.GERE wines, and provide recommendations based on client needs.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of A.GERE Wines in Australia.

qualifications

Candidates with extensive knowledge and passion for wine, and wine expertise will be preferred.
Have sales and marketing experience in the wine or hospitality industry.
Strong networking skills and established relationships within the Australian wine market.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Have the ability to think strategically and have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
WSET Level 3 or equivalent and RSA certification; higher qualification preferred.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
