Due to continued growth and expansion in our Company, we are seeking a professional and highly motivated Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team.

Based at our Riverland winery and reporting to the Executive Manager, this is a pivotal role within the Company, contributing to the achievement of our people and culture strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • day to day management of the full suite of operational HR functions,
  • assisting and supporting Managers with HR activities,
  • leading a team of effective and dedicated team players, and
  • ensuring HR activities across the Company are aligned to desired outcomes and strategic plans.

To be successful in this role, you will hold tertiary qualifications in HR or a business-related discipline and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a generalist HR role at a senior level. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have the ability to foster professional and respectful relationships at all levels of the business and demonstrate a sound understanding of industrial relations. Along with being solutions focused, you will display a high level of initiative, attention to detail, maturity and professionalism.
