An opportunity exists to join Casella Family Brands as part of the Grower Services team based in Yenda, NSW.

As a Grower Liaison Officer you will work closely with winegrape grower suppliers and company vineyards to achieve the quality and varietal targets required for our brand portfolio.

Requirements:

• Degree in Viticulture, Horticulture or equivalent is essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines
• Be able to work independently and as part of a small team
• Confident computing skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
• Current Australian drivers license

Desirable:

• Proven track record of industry experience in grower relations, technical operations or horticulture management
• Experience in problem solving and logistics operations
• Demonstrated technical knowledge of viticulture or horticulture crops
