Our client, PELLENC AUSTRALIA is a global leader in the design, development and production of viticulture, winemaking, arboriculture and landscaping machinery. With over 40 years’ experience they are renowned for product innovation, team spirit and exemplary customer service. Expanding into Australia in 1991 they have established sales and service centres in Adelaide & Melbourne.

Growing demand has created the opportunity for a versatile technician to join their Adelaide team.

Based at Regency Park you will provide a broad level of service including:

• Provide technical service and support to clients, agents and other staff.
• Complete all necessary paperwork required to maintain accurate records and accountability including; Work orders; Warranty, Retrofit, Inspection & Quality Reports.
• Demonstrate machines at customers’ locations
• Train customers upon machine delivery
• Represent and support the company’s image and range of products
• The work will include working from company & customer workshops and providing field service.

To be considered you will possess appropriate trade qualifications and extensive experience in in the servicing and repair of industrial equipment and mobile machinery with a focus on hydraulics and heavy machinery mechanics.

Preferably you will also possess experience in some of the following:

• machinery operation
• viticulture or agriculture industries
• harvester service experience
• working in a dealership
• Forklift licence
• Truck licence class MR
• Welding skills
• DC 12-24V electrical experience

Personal attributes include:

• Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Good oral and written skills
• Willingness to work outside of normal working hours
• Must be prepared to travel interstate as required
• Possess a Car licence
• A sound work ethic, sound judgement, good customer relationship skills and an ability to work autonomously.
