Direct to Customer & Tasting Room Manager
Role description
An integral part of our growing business, we are keen to employ a full-time Manager. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer you will manage the Tasting Room operations and drive all Direct to Customer sales, including Wine Club.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for wine, a track record in world-class customer service (alongside a strong background in hospitality), proven sales expertise and experience of managing people.
Direct to Customer (including Wine Club)
You will take ownership for all Wine Club-related activity, developing long-term relationships with Members and proactively supporting the growth and profitability of the Club. Managing the promotion and sales of Wine Club memberships, you will work alongside our Marketing Manager to plan, coordinate and activate targeted events, campaigns and communications.
Tasting Room
As the Manger, you will lead and manage the team’s delivery of world-class customer experience and service in our Tasting Room, providing an enjoyable, educational and professional presentation of our wines – encouraging the conversion of tasters to buyers. You will assist management in the development of relevant annual sales and expense budgets for the Tasting Room and Wine Club.

Flexibility in working hours is required and will include regular weekend work. The role is Greenock-based but will require interstate travel.
