Adelaide – location flexible

Circa $55,000 + Super
(dependent on skills and experience)

Full- time (flexible)

This key role within the Alliance Wine Australia team will assist our growth in domestic and export markets for sales of wines that we produce. Our ideal new team member will be highly motivated and brilliant at organising, coordinating and managing the customer experience. They will support sales and the delivery of commercial and operational goals.

The Role

The Customer Services & Sales Support Manager is a vital part of the sales process and delivery of business goals. This position is a key point of contact for customers, providing first class service and maintaining a vital role in many processes including: sales orders, customer enquiries, fulfilment/ despatch, stock support and compliance administration.

Skills & Experience

What you have

A minimum of 2 years Customer Service/ Sales Support / Administration experience, ideally with some export/international exposure.

High level organisational abilities

Pride in attention to detail and processes

Highly developed written and verbal communciation skills

Strong self-motivation and problem solving abilities

Fast learner, and openness to learn

A love of wine (and food)

Full driving licence

High level of proficiency in MS Office

Experience of expert level use of any CRM/ accounting tools

What would be helpful

Wine qualification(s)/ training

Experience of Website Content Management Systems

Experience of design tools (e.g. Adobe suite)

Experience in FMCG

Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
