An opportunity has become available for an experienced Customer Service Officer, to become an integral part of a small but extremely busy team.

This role reports directly to the Customer Service Manager, who runs our professional fast-paced team.

 

 

Job tasks and responsibilities

Your responsibilities include the following

  • Data entry - process a high volume of customer orders
  • taking inbound phone calls relating to customer orders, enquiries, delivery times and more.
  • Liaise daily with the warehouse to ensure deliveries are met.
  • Keying in orders received via phone and emails.
  • Process credits, action stock returns and pricing requests for customers.
  • Provide support to customers about products.
  • Liaise daily with Sales Representatives to ensure orders are correct.
  • Adhoc administrative support.

Skills and experience

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar inbound customer service role.  Wine knowledge is essential, with excellent communication and MS Outlook skills and high attention to detail are required.  Experience with "EZY" is favourable but not absolutely necessary.

Experience in a contact centre or call centre with some stock control knowledge is highly advantageous, so if you have this experience and have worked in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you today...
