THE ROLE:
- Reporting to the Winemaker
- Responsible for the execution of all cellar operations (inc. X-flow filtration, rack and return, additions, cleaning tanks, fruit receival and processing)
- 38 hr week, Mon - Fri, std hours between 7.30 and 4 (very little weekend / late work)
- we pay well above award rates for the right people

A forklift ticket would be and advantage, as would prior experience of wineries.
