We are looking for a passionate wine lover with great customer service skills to join our team on Kangaroo Island as Cellar Door Supervisor.  This is a perfect role for a fun-loving individual who enjoys meeting new people and providing authentic and enriching experiences to our guests.

The ideal candidates will be friendly, proactive, organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

To be successful in this position you will:

• possess a high level of customer service and personal presentation
• be passionate about wine
• be able to provide friendly, tailored wine experiences, with multiple customers at once
• have a positive attitude toward life and work
• have the ability to work under pressure
• be available to work weekends and public holidays
• have experience running a point of sale and balancing a till
• hold a current RSA Certificate
• possess organization and time management skills
• have basic computer skills
• be physically fit as the job involves standing and lifting up to 20kgs

Desired Qualifications:

• Previous Cellar Door experience
• A proven sales background
• Hospitality and events experience
• Extensive wine knowledge
• WSET Accreditation

Requirements:

• Full drivers license and reliable transport
• Full work rights in Australia
