Based in Nuriootpa, Elderton is a family-owned producer of ultra-premium wine offering award winning experiences to visitors to our Cellar Door.

We are looking for a positive and energetic person to join our team of wine professionals, in the administration/sales-based role of Cellar Door Sales support person.

The successful candidate will be available to work four days per week, plus one weekend shift. They will be a dedicated team player who has an interest in wine, and a strong desire to learn more.

Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills are essential as are the ability to offer the high level of customer service that is expected when promoting a luxury brand. This position is a diverse role and offers fantastic opportunities to further your wine knowledge and contribute to the growth of our direct sales activities.

You will be responsible for effective and efficient processing of cellar door orders, including all customer service follow-up ie: payment, delivery enquiries and changes to details.

Proficiency in Microsoft office, strong literacy & numeracy skills are essential.
