An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic hospitality professional to join our Guest Services Leadership Team. This key role will facilitate the delivery of exceptional customer service across our Cellar Door and Restaurant.

About the Role: This is a new position and will be based in the beautiful King Valley, which is a renowned tourist destination recognised for its outstanding food and wines. Brown Brother’s host approximately 100,000 visitors per year, with our Cellar Door and Restaurant central to our offer.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, motivate and train front-of-house teams to deliver meaningful brand experiences to all customers.
  • Staff rostering to meet agreed service standards and costs.
  • Manage the administrative requirements of on-site Cellar Door and Restaurant front-of-house teams.
  • Work within our Guest Services Leadership team to identify and implement opportunities for improvements.

About the person: We are seeking a hospitality professional with great people skills and at least 5 years’ experience leading a front-of-house hospitality team within a seven day/week operation.

A passion for wine and all things hospitality will be important, as will a keen eye for detail and the ability to train and develop an engaged workforce. A sense of fun and good humour will be most important to help maintain a positive and enjoyable workplace.
