Description

Cellar Door Manager

Silverstream is a well-established, single vineyard winery using biological farming  to produce an exceptional product, seeking an experienced Manager to oversee our spectacular cellar door and retail operation.

About Us

The vineyard was purchased by the founder in 2004 where he saw the need for wine producers to adopt a more environmentally responsible way of producing wine grapes.  The property is located in the Denmark sub-region of the Great Southern wine region of Western Australia at the western end of the Bennet Ranges, with elevation and maritime influence. The vineyard is situated on both sides of a valley, with Chardonnay and Riesling sharing the north facing slope and the Pinot Noir, Merlot and Cabernet Franc on the south facing slope. The soils are a combination of Karri loams and well drained sandy gravels. The property was originally a cattle farm.

The decision was made early to adopt a biological farming process in all aspects of viticulture.

The Award winning wines are distributed both nationally and internationally along with a receiving 5 stars in the James Halliday 2021 Wine Companion.

The spectacular cellar door, conveniently situated on the outskirts of Denmark and features a look over the surrounding countryside and valleys. It has a full tasting facility as well as VIP tasting room, with an overall capacity to host over 50 people in comfort. The warehouse and winery is conveniently located behind cellar door.
