The Cellar Door managers role is multi-faceted and hands on. The successful applicant will be responsible for all aspects of Cellar Door operations including wine sales, food, events, wine club, staff training and marketing.

The suitable applicant will combine their skills and previous experience in wine, hospitality, events, marketing and social media to fulfil the role of lifting the overall profile and popularity of the Cellar Door.

Strong customer service skills are an absolute must, we believe in giving our customers an enjoyable and memorable experience and this all comes down to the great personalities behind the bench.

AB&D encourages a fun and friendly work place and being able to work well in a team environment is critical in this position. This full-time position requires weekend work and will revolve around a Thursday to Monday roster.
