Cellar Door & Hospitality Team Leader

FULL TIME OR PART TIME POSITION

Visiting the Henschke Cellar Door is one of the most captivating wine experiences in the Barossa, a unique experience immersed in history. Reporting to our Cellar Door Manager, we are seeking a highly motivated, engaging and energetic Cellar Door & Hospitality Team Leader. You will be an experienced cellar door professional with hospitality/event experience. We offer our guests premium tasting experiences, where you will have a passion for guest service, a good palate and a genuine love of wine.

The successful candidate will provide support to our Cellar Door Manager and Brand Ambassador Team Leader to assist in running the daily operations of the Cellar Door, possible hosting of trade customers, conducting tours for customers and also the execution of functions and events when required. This is an amazing opportunity – hands-on, multi-faceted and diverse. Key qualities and experience:

  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail
  • Positive disposition and the ability to work well within a team
  • Outstanding personal presentation
  • Cellar Door and hospitality/event experience

This position can either be full time or part time for the right person. If part time, the role can have added flexibility to increase hours during busier peak periods. Applicants must have the availability to work Saturdays and Public Holidays. This role require applicants to have a current driver’s licence and RSA. A qualification in WSET 2 accreditation or similar training is preferred, but not essential.
