Based in Nuriootpa, Elderton is a small family-owned producer of ultra-premium wine. A fantastic opportunity has become available for a dynamic person in the role of Cellar Door - Customer Experiences & Wine Sales. Join our team of wine professionals, hosting and engaging visitors at our stunning cellar door. The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of 4 days over a 7 day roster, working regular weekends and public holidays. They will be a dedicated team player who is passionate about great food and wine and understands the high level of customer service that is expected when promoting luxury brands. This position is a diverse role and offers fantastic opportunities to further your wine knowledge and contribute to the growth of our direct sales activities including our wine club membership and loyalty program. The successful candidate will be responsible for day to day cellar door operations, and be confident in hosting group tasting experiences. A friendly, positive attitude and attention to detail are essential attributes. Applicants must hold a current RSA and drivers licence. Previous cellar door or hospitality experience would be highly regarded and data entry experience a definite advantage.
