Fogarty Wine Group is an Australian-based, family-controlled wine group that produces outstanding world-class wines across some of Australia’s best wine regions. The Group also operates its own vineyard management services and a wine bottling facility.
Fogarty Wine Group is going through an exciting period of change and is looking for an experienced Business Systems Manager to join our team.
Reporting to the COO and working within a small team, you will be responsible for the administration and support of our IT systems and hardware, with a particular focus on our ERP system, NetSuite. This is a fast-paced role which will suit someone who is great at multi-tasking and working autonomously to ensure our IT systems are fit for purpose, secure, efficient and operational.
Key responsibilities include:
- Effective administration and configuration of business systems to ensure low cost and efficient transactional processing
- Ensure effective operation of NetSuite across manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, sales and finance and related system integrations, particularly Adaptive Insights and Shopify Plus
- Provide primary HelpDesk support (onsite & remote) for Business System issues
- Lead and manage all integration activities and opportunities
- Provide advice for business systems to internal and external stakeholders particularly focused on automating manual activities and generating transactional processing efficiencies
- Conduct user education sessions for new and existing systems
- Manage the delivery of system enhancements and act as key conduit with the system suppliers in line with industry best practices
- NetSuite specific responsibilities:
- Managing users, roles, permissions and authentication
- Managing templates, forms, custom records & custom fields
- Creating saved searches & reports and assisting other staff in their setup & use
- Creating & troubleshooting workflows
- Defining technical requirements from business requirements
- Developing scripts & solutions for NetSuite customisations
- Supporting & troubleshooting existing NetSuite scripts
- Developing integrations with 3rd parties using FTP, API, SuiteLets, Restlets & iPaaS.
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience supporting and configuring ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to work in a demanding environment dealing with conflicting priorities that require initiative, flexibility, adaptability
- A proactive, solutions-focused and continuous improvement attitude
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (advantageous)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology & NetSuite Certifications desirable
