Claymore Wines (Clare Valley) is seeking a motivated, hardworking and organised “hands-on” individual to support our Winemaker & Vineyard Manager in the barrel store, off-site processing locations and vineyard area of our dynamic boutique wine enterprise.

We are seeking a person who has previous experience and a good understanding of winery and vineyard operations including general cellar operations, racking, cleaning, filtrations, transfers, barrel work, pruning, irrigation and general vineyard practices.  In addition to the above, the applicant needs to be someone who has attention to detail and the ability to take instruction/follow planning schedules that are already in place.

The successful applicant must be suited to physical work and be prepared to work flexible hours as well as long hours over the vintage period.  Applicant must also have a valid driver’s licence as well as a forklift operator’s license.

The position is casual with approximately 3-4 days per week.
