De Salis is a small estate growing, making and bottling predominantly Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Sparkling in Orange NSW.
We are currently looking for a motivated individual to join our small, highly skilled winemaking team.
This is a permanent position, ideal for a candidate that is eager to build on their knowledge and experience in all facets of production, from processing and analysis through to bottling and maintenance.
The primary responsibility of the role entails
- Vintage Processing and Barrel Maintenance
- Laboratory analysis
- Production and processing of Sparkling Wine
- Bottling/Wine Dispatch
- Occupational Health and Safety
- Equipment Maintenance
- Upkeep of Cellar Hygiene
The position is very much hands on in the winery, but will also require time in the laboratory and vineyard. We are a quality driven company focused on detail and integrity and a successful candidate will reflect this.
A Relevant Tertiary Qualification or equivalent and Winery Experience are highly desirable.
Must have full permanent working rights in Australia with no restrictions and weekend availability. No public transport is available to our location - must have your own transport.
