Holly

Holly ‘aka shadow chaser’, is my right hand at The Pawn Wine Co. As 2IC she is in charge of morale, scouting beasts in the vineyard and break supervisor. Holly takes on the role of vacation care supervisor during school holidays and is all round great company. She is certainly not the brains behind the operation but what she lacks in nous she makes up for in heart, big time. When days are long in the winery there is nothing better than knowing Holly is at my side. Now, just to teach her how to open a beer 😉
