The wines created at Temple Bruer reflect our philosophy of creating sustainable wines by mindfully working with nature. We believe that certified organic vineyard practices achieve healthy vines leading to excellent fruit flavour and balanced wines. During winemaking we pay close attention to detail with the aim of minimising the use of additives and the movements of wine where possible.
