Business Development Manager / Customer Account 

Booth Transport is a reputed National Transport Company that is successfully attracting new work to its business, while continuing to provide quality innovative and professional transport and warehouse solutions, for its current customer base.

The Tanunda Depot is seeking a Customer Account / Business Development Manager for its bulk tanker business. Wine Industry Knowledge, Sales and Marketing experience are requirements for this role.

The successful applicant needs to have a can do attitude, strong interpersonal skill and ability to work through others to obtain exceptional results.

This is a versitile business and your role will eventually expand and you will be working in conjunction with other branches of the business with responsibility for the business development of a large food grade tanker, container and general fleet including:

  • Managing customer expectations whilst expanding our customer base
  • Demonstrating flexibility in a multifaceted position
  • Establishing, maintaining, and building customer relationships
  • HACCP and other compliance requirements
  • Customer Service Orientation and liasing with all staff within Booth Transport
  • Tenders; writing and responding

Booth expects you will be a team player with a disciplined work ethic. You will need to be computer literate, have excellent communication,  supervision and customer service skills, and be able to provide references.
