Cesar is our Winery Security Guard. Cesar treats the winery boundary like a international border security guard. He will greet you with full force of a German Shepard, do not dare to upset him upon your first greeting. He must inspect, and sniff all packages or all winery personel that arrives. Once Cesar approves your entrance, its your ticket to freedom within the winery. Aside his job title, once Cesar trusts you, he is the most loving and loyal family pet you can ever wish for.
