Tipsy

Tipsy is one of our star employees. She’s always the first to greet our guests & effortlessly provides an ice-breaker for those on a first date and nervous about their [lack of] wine knowledge. To reduce wastage she’s tasked with polishing off any leftovers & is always the first to mop the floor after spills. Concerned with making city-folk feel more at home in the country, she’ll ensure they leave with a little dirt on their dress, and is key to boosting customer & staff morale. Other duties include hole digging (for future plantings), bird/mice removal & paper shredding.
