Ninja

Where would the winery be without the Office Manager? Ninja is as faithful as his canine cousins, and will follow his slaves to the winery to restock cellar door, collect winemaker paperwork or supervise unloading trucks. He’s definitely management material can tell you off by merely raising an eyebrow, and he makes sure that the winery work starts on time (ever heard of cat o’clock?) He dreams of the day when he will grow opposable thumbs so he can open any door or wine bottle.
