Nellie

Nellie is a very important member of our team. She continually checks that the team are on track in the Vineyard, and she has a side project of finding the best way of removing pests. Most importantly is Nellie’s position as Wellbeing Manager. Nellie has done substantial study on us humans and found that by allowing our team members to pat her and scratch behind her ears, this releases neurotransmitters in humans’ brains which generates the feeling of happiness. Nellie is willing to do this for all of us.
